Refunds and Exchanges

My jewelry is 100% guaranteed. For anything that is broken or not right, please email me so I can arrange to fix it. If you would prefer a refund, I will gladly refund your payment. If a piece needs to be resized, please contact me and if it is possible, I will resize it. Sometimes resizing can change the look of a piece of jewelry, so it may not end up exactly the same as the original item. If I have to restring the piece of jewelry, the cost will be a flat rate of $8.00 for the time it takes me to redo the piece since it means remaking the piece.

Custom orders (stamped silver pendants, photo pendants) cannot be returned unless they are flawed in some way. Please remember that this is handmade jewelry and will have a handmade look to it!
